Ingredients:
1 BLT Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix
1 baked pie crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup cottage cheese, blended till smooth
1 1/2 lbs heirloom tomatoes,
sliced 1/4" thick 1 fresh basil for garnishing
Directions:
Combine Cheeseball Mix, topping packet, cream cheese and blended cottage cheese until smooth. Spread mixture into bottom of pie crust. Top with various sizes and colors of tomato slices. Garnish with fresh basil. Chill until ready to serve.
